Meraki Club & Residences, located in one of Cartagena’s most exclusive neighborhoods, redefines premium residential living with more than 160 units in a unique architectural structure.
Our EX-VIZ team transformed static 3D studio designs into an interactive, web-based real estate digital twin, enabling active property sales through immersive visualization and optimized digital engagement. Using Unreal Engine technology, we developed Real-Time Virtual Tours that offered buyers personalized experiences while exploring finishes, materials, and perspectives.
From this model, we generated over 300 photorealistic CGI images, complemented by animations and precision drone photography. Each visual asset was crafted with advanced lighting and composition techniques, faithfully conveying Meraki’s refined aesthetic and luxury.
